BDC CONSULTANCY specializes in US immigration and naturalization matters. We assist US Citizens and Legal Permanent
Residents in properly filing their petitions and other related documents. We assist Philippine citizens, who are immigration
beneficiaries, or who are applying for non-immigrant visas, in properly applying for their visas. As opposed to many others, we are
located within commuting distance to the US Embassy in Manila enabling us to escort and support the applicants during their
interviews.
K-1 FIANCÉ(E) VISA FOR CITIZENS OF THE PHILIPPINES - We assist in completing and filing the I-129F, “Petition for Alien
Fiancé(e).” This includes completing a G-325A, Biographic Information form for both the petitioner and the beneficiary. We
prepare all the above documents for you to ensure they are error free and complete.
SPOUSE/FAMILY PREFERENCE VISA - We prepare, analyze, review, complete, and file the I-130 petition, and all its supporting
documents and required forms and evidence, in the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services office having jurisdiction
for the petitioner’s place of residence. This service includes a U.S. Immigration attorney to represent the petitioner in all dealings
with the United States Government.
IMMIGRATION VISA APPLICATION PACKAGE – We prepare, analyze, review, complete, and file, the DS-230 Application for
Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration and all its supporting documents, required forms and evidence for the principal beneficiary
and any derivative applicants at the Consular Services Office of the United States Embassy in Manila.
PHILIPPINES IMMIGRATION AND VISA ASSISTANCE - Our Bureau of Immigration accredited agent assist you with all
Philippines related immigration and retirement visa matters. This includes visitor visa extensions, permanent resident status,
retirement and employment generation visas. Contact us for additional information how we can be of help to you.
LEGAL ASSISTANCE - The Law Office of Attorney Ben Tomboc assists you in Luzon, Philippines. We also have an affiliate
attorney in Central Visayas. Our US Immigration Attorney with office in the CNMI, USA, will assist you with any matters needing
adjudication in front of a US District Court, or a court in Hawaii, Guam or the Northern Mariana Islands.
ADOPTION ISSUES, ANNULMENTS & FAMILY LAW - Our excellent attorneys in the Philippines will assist you with all these
issues.
