Hi, I am Charlie, your immigration specialist. I retired after spending many years in government service, both federal and local law enforcement.
Not wanting to become idle, I went to work in my friend Danny's law office in the US. I initially assisted him in criminal cases and then civil
litigation.
Eventually, because of my tour as consultant and adviser to the CNMI Congressional Labor and Immigration Sub-Committee, I started doing
labor and immigration cases, and then finally specialized in immigration issues.
BDC Consultancy Services came about when we became aware of the large number of victims of US visa scams targeting Filipinos(as) and also
US citizens attempting to bring their loved ones to the US. Spending lots of money with nothing to show for it
Most Americans and Filipinos are often not very knowledgeable about the frequently changing US immigration laws and procedures. Hey, even
we have to work hard to keep up with all the changes. The petitioning process is much more difficult than it looks, the applicants encounter
problems, the beneficiaries have problems, and the US citizens have problems.
Fixers, and some foreign lawyers, with little or no knowledge about recent changes in procedures, and last, but not least, travel agencies only
familiar with tourist visas, often do unrepairable damage to the application process, which sometimes even results in a life-time ban to enter the
USA. Believe me, if someone tell you it is an easy process, they are not telling you the truth.
So Ben (Danny’s uncle, see below), Danny and I decided we would offer our services to the people that really need it. We established an office
in Angeles City with a small, but very competent staff.
Ben P. Tomboc, our local attorney and senior partner in our firm, is a retired fiscal (prosecutor) who now specializes in Philippines Family Law.
He is the one to consult with in any matters related to marriage, annulment, adoption, immigration to the Philippines, etc.
Danny, our US attorney and immigration lawyer stays in daily contact with our Philippines office from his offics on Saipan, CNMI. He and his staff
takes care of all US related issues.
Helen, our office manager, is a former employee of the Philippine Government, with a keen understanding of the local bureaucracy, and the
necessary connections.
Pete, the other American in our Angeles City office, is also a retired government employee from the US who has provided consultancy services
to several foreign governments. He is now a permanent resident of the Philippines, living here with his Filipina wife (aspiring lawyer) and two
kids.
Christine, our Administrative Assistant is the "Girl Friday" who handles all the typing, filing, etc., in the office, and who, for sure, detects and
corrects any of the "extremely rare" mistakes we make...

Charlie, our Immigration Specialist, is a frequent visitor in our Angeles City office. Call or write us to check if he is here from our US Law Office. If he is available, you can meet with him personally for a consultation.
